Oh no! She’s religious??

Many people hesitate to book a session with me because I use the honorific, “Reverend”. You might wonder if you're walking into a recruitment office…. So, let's be clear about a few things:

  • I am a Spiritualist Minister. I did go to seminary (for 2 years) and I did give sermons in a church. I didn’t get my qualification from a cereal box or online in 10 minutes.

  • I use the title “Reverend” widely because I want you to know that you are protected. Religious counseling is subject to confidentiality. I am not permitted and never obliged to reveal anything you say to me, even if asked by family or law enforcement.

  • Spiritualism is not a religion of conversion but of conviction. No one is unwelcome and no one is quizzed on what they believe. I am not going to try to recruit you. Most religion relies on external dogmas and collective rules, but Spiritualism does not. Spiritualism respects every path, including atheism and agnosticism, with equal reverence.

  • If you've experienced religious trauma, this space offers a safe harbor to untangle those knots. Instead of external rules, we focus on personal revelation. You don't need to adopt a new creed to find peace or even let go of your old one. You only need to be willing to listen to your own inner wisdom as I help guide you.

  • Integrity is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship. A grounded spiritual therapist will always empower you to trust yourself over any external authority, and that is what I do. My approach is not New Age and it is not "spiritual bypassing," where people use mystical concepts to avoid dealing with real-world emotional pain

What to Expect in a Session

Working with me as a spiritual therapist brings the mystical into everyday practical goals. Walking into a session feels like stepping out of a windstorm and into a quiet, comfortable room. Your journey begins with a short prayer/meditation to shed the frantic energy of thoughts as we connect to one another and our higher selves and spirit guides.

As your spiritual therapist, I don't settle for quick, predictive, surface-level answers like a fortune-teller; we dive into the architecture of your life to see where your soul is out of sync with your daily actions and we get them into alignment.

We can focus on one issue or everyday peace as a whole.

I’ll always be using my psychic sensing, aka intuition, but not in an intrusive way. I won’t yell, “I AM HAVING A VISION!” I will let you know fi I am sensing something or someone and ask if you’d like me to tell you more.

We can use tarot (or not), mediumship (or not), and energy healing (or not) - all in the service of enhancing your peace around a particular issue and/or everyday life.
