Money is not a thing; it is energy.

Money is the energy that underlies every form of exchange between humans.

This energy entered the material plane as barter and became more dense as it evolved into coins and paper and then less dense as it evolved into checks, credit cards, and cryptocurrency.

Increasing money is not a reliable path to happiness.

We can’t RELY on more money to get more happy.

Money loves us.

Listen to the video below and understand that money loves us all. But remember, it is not money’s responsibility to make us happy; just like it is not any person’s responsibility to make us happy.

We are allowed to love money back—just as money loves us. But love money unconditionally; without coveting it or being greedy.

Whenever you feel afraid or angry or unsure about money, take a breath and remember that money loves you, and decide to love it back.

Money has something to tell you, personally.

Now, it's your turn to find out what money wants to say to you, specifically, right now. 

Get some headphones (if possible) and a pen and paper.  Listen to the sound on the video above through the headphones, center yourself, and ask, "Money, what do you want to say to me?" Start writing. Keep writing until money stops talking.

The frequency of 888 hz is known as the frequency of infinite abundance and love.

In my work as a psychic medium, I move between frequencies; it's literally my job. I've come to understand, through practical experience,and reading about quantum physics, that everything is energy—and energy exists as various frequencies. We can tune in to those frequencies like swimming in an ocean of various currents.

852 hz is associated with redirecting the mind away from overthinking, intrusive thoughts, and negative thought patterns. These patterns of thought play a larger role in depression and anxiety. Exposure to this sound frequency can help alleviate the influence of negative thoughts.

963 hz associated with activation of the pineal gland and higher spiritual development. The 963 hertz frequency is known as both the “pure miracle tone” and the “frequency of the gods”. 963 hz is associated with the activation of the crown chakra and a connection to the source of all humanity.

888 hz sits between these two... when we stop overthinking we can allow abundance in and then we are on our way to connecting with Spirit.

I suggest doing this meditation regularly, to tune up your relationship with money. This meditation helps put our brain (and body) at the frequency that can work with money so that it nourishes and satisfies our mind, heart, eye, soul, and wallet. The purpose is to bring us to a deeply loving, intimate, and personalized communion with an awesome friend and companion. Let's not fight anymore.

Our first interaction with money sets the tone of the relationship.

My first memory with money is asking my dad to give me a dollar and him giving me 20 cents after my begging and pleading. This defined my relationship with money for many decades: my being good and asking nicely or begging for it, but not creating money for myself. For a long time, I believed that money was limited and that I had to ask others for it.

Think back to your very first memory of money. How did your relationship start? Write it down. Contemplate how that first interaction defined your relationship with money.

Cultivate an easygoing relationship with money.

If you want to redefine your relationship with money, you can remove the obstacles to getting and staying at or above 888 hz—and have an easy, flowing, positive relationship with money.

I've created an intensive process that uncovers your most potent limiting belief about abundance, so you can then dissolve it. Once this obstacle is dissolved, you can access the frequency of abundance whenever you like (all the time!) and money can flow to you.

I was inspired by someone who went before me, Gay Hendricks. Gay is a Stanford psychologist who has co-authored over 35 books with his wife, Dr. Kathlyn Hendricks, and is famous for his work in relationships and mindfulness. The Big Leap is his most popular book. 

This process is a fusion of the principles he discusses in his book and the principles of forgiveness that I discuss in my own best-seller, The Art of Forgiveness

The process is below.

The EASY MONEY Process

Read the goal of the step. Keep it in mind.
Read the premise. Do you believe it completely? If not, contemplate the proof.
(The proof noted for each step helps you understand the premise by providing examples of how it can play out in day-to-day life. )
Once you have no doubts about the premise, move on to the practice.
Repeat the practice until you have reached the goal.

STEP ONE
Goal: Find the frequency of your current
upper limit of abundance.

  • We each have a personal upper limit of feeling good. Once we reach that frequency of happiness, we throw obstacles in our own way to keep ourselves from getting happier.

  • Here are some examples of obstacles we might create for ourselves (also known as drama).

    Picking an argument with someone; finding an excuse to stay late at the office to be near someone…. and eventually entering into an affair; staying up late and being overtired the next day and not doing a good job….and eventually getting fired.

    Most of these things happens little by little, so that we don;t consciously realize we are doing them to ourselves. We say things like, “one thing led to another”, and “it’s not my fault I forgot!”

    Our subconscious is ensuring that we do not pass our built-in upper limit of happiness.

  • Tune in to yourself and find the frequency of your upper limit of happiness: Imagine yourself rising rising rising (in a balloon, or a basket, or just flying). Once you are as high as you can go, notice how your body feels. Remember the feeling of that frequency.

STEP TWO
Goal: Identify the belief most responsible for retarding your upper limit of abundance.

  • Four fears hold our upper limit of abundance in place:

    1. Fear that we are fundamentally flawed.

    2. Fear of abandonment.

    3. Fear that more success makes us a greater burden.

    4. Fear of outshining.

    We believe (subconsciously, usually) certain things about ourselves that stop us from waking through these fears and breaking our upper limit of happiness.

    The subconscious beliefs were instilled by our family of origin.

  • Here are examples of the things we may say to ourselves, or believe subconsciously, that stop us from walking through each fear.

    1. Fear of being fundamentally flawed.
      "Something is really wrong with me”: “I am crazy”; “I am just not capable of being faithful”; “nobody likes me”; “I am a loser”.

    2. Fear of abandonment.
      "My friends will hate me if I am more successful than them”; “no one from my town is supposed to get out of here”; “my family won’t like it if I do what makes me happy".

    3. Fear that more success makes me a greater burden.
      "People will feel annoyed having to travel to see me”; “my friends will feel obligated to spend more money on dinner with me”; “I don’t want people to feel like they have to make an appointment to see me”.

    4. Fear of outshining.
      "My brother is the artist, not me”; “the woman isn;t supposed to make more money than the man”; “I shouldn;t charge more for my work than my girlfriend does for hers”.

  • Answer the questions below. Which one is the most true?

    1.Were you convicted by your family of origin of a spiritual crime you are innocent of?

    2. Did you break the family's rules to get where you are or failed to meet the expectations of the family?

    3. Were you seen as a burden on your family of origin?

    4. Did you get the message from your family of origin that you shouldn't look too good or you will make others look bad?  

STEP THREE
Goal: Dissolve your limiting belief.

  • The world is not real. Only Spirit is real.

    Each time we think this world has any truth to it, any answers, any solutions, any causes, any value, any meaning whatsoever, we are deceived.

    Therefore, this limiting belief is not real and you are limiting yourself for no reason except to keep your ego alive.

  • We are never upset for the reason we think. We are only ever upset because we believe our thoughts, but our thoughts are not real.

    1. Look slowly around you and as you attention rests on each thing in the room, say to yourself, ‘this table does not mean anything”; “this coffee cup does not mean anything” and so on.

      Do it in a leisurely way, just for a few minutes. Do it a few times a day, until you are comfortable with the thought.

    2. Look around you and say to yourself, “I have given everything I see all the meaning it has for me.”

      Do this briefly and in a leisurely way until you are comfortable with the thought.

    3. Take a few minutes and gently notice the thoughts that cross your mind—whether positive, negative, or neutral.

      Say to yourself, “my thoughts don’t mean anything.”

      Do this until you notice that all thoughts are equally powerless over your mood.

      FINALLY: apply this to the limiting belief that you identified. It should be dissolved. It is not real.

STEP FOUR
Goal: Accept that you can change your upper limit of abundance.

  • Raising our frequency allows abundance to flow to us.

  • When we watch some comedy, or dance around, or take a swim in the ocean or a hundred thousand  different things..... we change our mood.

    Watch the video below. Notice that Jim Carrey says he FELT better with his visualizations: he elevates his mood and abundance flows. Visualizing and remaining resentful or angry won’t work. It’s about emotional frequency.

  • Make the three commitments below into a little mantra for yourself or find some way of remembering them and internalizing them.

    1.Be willing to increase the amount of time each day that you feel good inside.

    2.Be willing to increase the amount of time your whole life goes well.

    3.Be willing to feel good and have your life go well all the time.

STEP FIVE
Goal: Raise your upper limit of abundance.

  • We influence the flow of positive energy to ourselves with our spiritual behavior.

  • We feel awful when we engage in the behaviors below; we may even experience an 'emotional hangover' afterward. 

    Worrying

    Criticizing and blaming

    Deflecting

    Squabbling

    Allowing ourselves to get sick or injured

    Committing an integrity beach

  • Promise yourself right now that you will be vigilant. Tune in to yourself every day and when you notice that you are about to fall into one of the above behaviors, consciously decide whether to go forward or do something different. I have made suggestions below:

    Worrying
    Address with mindfulness techniques and consciousness expansion.

    Criticizing and blaming
    Sort these into "true" and "not true". Let go of the "not true".

    Deflecting
    When you receive a compliment, accept graciously. 

    Squabbling
    To stop arguments, remember that each entity in a conflict has 100% of the responsibility for solving the conflict. I find that acceptance is key here. Accept everything the other person says as their truth. Proceed with peace.

    Getting sick or injured
    Look back and see whether any bad luck befalling you came just after a success or period of happiness. Your subconscious may trying to punish, prevent, or protect you. Look into the spiritual/symbolic meanings of illnesses and attend to those spiritual issues.

    Committing an integrity beach
    Are you about to break an agreement or withholding a truth? Are you about to conceal your feelings and desires from yourself or someone else? Admit the truth: feelings do not kill us unless we try to drown them. 

You will know you are becoming free of your upper limit as you see money come more easily to you and your relationship with money feels easeful. You can come back and ‘clean up’ your energy anytime.

Once your subconscious is clear of false beliefs and
you are operating at high energy, enjoy the abundance!
